Indications

Fatigue, postpartum, post-surgery, after mensus, cold hands and feet, pickup me after a long day, anaemia

Consume in moderation if you feel ‘heaty’. Common 'heaty' symptoms include sore throat, dry, bitter mouth, headaches. Check with your TCM practitioner to determine your body constitution. Not suitable during a fever.

Recipe

Herbal flavour strength: moderate

Enjoy this warm, soothing tea throughout the day. This blend will give you 1.5L - 2L depending on your preferred concentration.

Just add ginger and water all into a pot and let the aroma fill your house with comfort.

Love this tea!!

This tea is so grounding and sweet, you can simmer the spices and I reuse them over a few days! Seriously feels so nourishing and warming. I started having this tea at the end of my pregnancy and it’s been a craving in my post partum! Love herborium!
