Irregular menstrual cycles, PMS, fatigue post-menstruation, anemia, fertility support - use 3 - 6 months ahead of pregnancy (however not recommended during pregnancy unless directed by your TCM practitioner).
Recommend consuming after menstruation, however it can also be consumed before as a monthly supplement to restore harmony in the reproductive system.
